His research focusses on understanding the immunological processes behind severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), particularly the development of subsequent central nervous system autoimmunity
Dr Robin Grant is a Consultant Neurologist & Honorary Senior Lecturer at The University of Edinburgh. He established the Edinburgh Centre for Neuro-Oncology in 2003. His research focus lies in symptoms research (tumour associated epilepsy, cognition, mood and fatigue) and quality of life in neuro-oncology and evidence based medicine
Mr Joshi George is a neurosurgeon who specialises in complex spine problems, cancer of the spine and head injuries as well as minimally invasive surgery.
He is also the Clinical Lead for Neurosurgery in Manchester and is proud to lead a team of 27 highly skilled neurosurgeons. He currently practices as an NHS consultant Neurosurgeon at Salford Royal Foundation Trust and privately at the BMI The Alexandra Hospital. As well as this, he teaches at Salford University and routinely presents at international conferences
